found a half ham in freezer so family here tonight and I'm doing something they love, a hot glazed half ham. 4.68 kgs it's one we won in a raffle.

150 ml bourbon
150ml apricot sauce
150 ml maple syrup
100 ml honey grain mustard.
Fat is scored .
