I'm an American currently living in Taiwan, and I have recently (relatively late in life) discovered a love for cooking. I like to experiment with some of the Asian ingredients I find here, but my favorite is cooking good old comfort food that reminds me of home!!!

Hey there! Expat living in Japan right now - went to Taiwan in 2014 for a few days and loved it! Taipei, Hualien and Kaohsiung. Would love to go back at some point, I feel like there was so much I still wanted to explore!
