, enjoying what I read here so far!
My purpose for joining is pretty simple, I love cooking and trying new foods, however my knowledge of recipes and ingredients is not all that great, so I end cooking the same things over and over again. Hopefully I can learn some new recipes, ingredients and techniques.
Favourite cuisine is Japanese, native cuisine is west African, and I probably cook Asian food the most owing to 3 years living and working in China.
