Hi everyone!
I'm a novice baker from Toronto trying to improve through any self-taught means. I love trying out youtube or pinterest tutorials and challenging myself with new techniques. I'm particularly interested in cake decorating, gumpaste, and fondant work.
I'm also just starting to experiment more with the savoury side of cooking, so I'm always looking for tips and I love trading recipes!
Most of my friends aren't really into cooking so I'm really looking forward to having a community to share with

I love making bread and in particular sourdough bread. I'm on the hunt for a really nice dark rye, honey and sunflower sourdough at the moment, similar to ones I had in northern Germany and southwest Denmark.
