I've been known to make a lot of homemade pizzas over the years, but I've stopped a lot of my experimenting with toppings when I started making what has turned into a family favorite... BBQ Chicken Pizza.
And easy... you want to talk about easy! Start with a pre-baked pizza crust such as Boboli. Spread it with a thin layer of your favorite barbeque sauce. In the meantime cut up (small dice or shred, I like small dice) cooked chicken breast and mix it with a wee bit of bbq sauce.
Put the chicken onto the sauce-spread crust, sprinkle with your favorite pizza herbs and spices (oregano, basil, and garlic powder for me) and then add the amount of pizza cheese you want. Bake for about 10 minutes and... that's all!
