Ingredients:
Method.
- horseshoe gammon steak (250 gm)
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method.
- Place the steak on a plate or grill rack. Prick all over with a fork (both sides).
- Thoroughly mix the prepared mustard and honey and coat the topside of the steak with half of it. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Turn over the steak and coat with the remaining mustard/honey mixture. Return to the refrigerator for another 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill and grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
- Serve hot with poached eggs.
