Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast:
Ingredients:
1) Chicken breast - 1 half breast
2) Lemon juice - 3 tblspns.
3) Honey - 2 to 3 tblspns.
4) Pepper, black - 1 tspn.
Procedure:
1) Mix the lemon juice and honey.
2) Marinade the chicken half breast overnight in the mixture.
3) Pan fry the chicken half breast allowing the lemon/honey to caramelize.
4) Sprinkle on black pepper before removing from frying.
5) Move the chicken half breast to a serving plate.
6) Serve.
