Ingredients
6 cloves garlic grated
Large knob of ginger grated
3 tbsp. white miso
3 tbsp. mirin
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
800 grms whole chicken wings (wing tips removed)
White sesame seeds
Method
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and then add chicken wings. Thoroughly mix wings through marinade then cover bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Pre-heat oven to 200 Celsius. Line baking tray with foil and lightly oil, then arrange wings. Cook for 20 minutes, then turn wings and cook for a further 20 minutes. Times may vary depending on oven, so keep checking as the honey can start burning quickly. Serve with sprinkled white sesame seeds.
