Honey Rum Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1) Banana - 1
2) Half n half - 1 to 2 cups
3) Honey - 3 to 4 tblspns.
4) Rum - 1/8 cup
5) Molasses - 1 tblspn.
6) Brown sugar - 2 tspns.
7) Cinnamon - 1 tblspn.
8) Nutmeg - 1 tspn.
Procedure:
1) Peel and Pre-freeze the banana.
2) Break up the frozen banana and put the pieces in a blender.
3) Pour in the half n half and rum.
4) Add the honey, molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
5) Blend first at low 'smoothie' speed for 30 to 60 seconds.
NOTE: Blend at low speed until the bumping from blending the frozen banana ceases.
6) Blend at high 'smoothie' speed for about 2 to 3 minutes.
7) Pour into serving dessert cups or glasses.
8) Serve.
