This couldn't be easier to do and the taste is subtle and intriguing. You could eat these eggs just as they are or with a dip. A chilli dip would be good. I used them in a salad.

50 ml honey
25ml black rice vinegar
25ml light soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil (5ml)
150ml water

Method
- Mix together the honey, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the water and mix thouroughly.
- Submerge the eggs in the marinade for at least three hours. I left for 24 hours. Drain the eggs and serve.
