How do you like your steak?

I don't get to have steak very often, but when I do, I like to cook it in a frying pan so I can see exactly where it is in the cooking process. I like about Med. to Med-rare for my steaks, seasoned with just salt and pepper and I usually put just a little horseradish sauce on it when I am eating it.

How do you like your steak? Do you prefer to use a frying pan? a broiler? a BBQ?
