I am having a party with a sit down meal for 50 people. (marquee in garden) it is my intention to have chicken breasts. I know four chicken breasts take 40mins (not from frozen) in a fan assisted electric oven. I can just about get 50 pieces (17 per shelf) in the oven will this increase the cooking time in any way and can you foresee any unexpected problems.
