Here are the Ingredients:
- cooking oil
- sliced potato (squared)
- sliced meat (pork or goat's meat)
- cup of water
- Kaldereta Sauce
(Traditionally, kaldereta sauce is thickened with mashed cooked liver)
- sliced red pepper (long shape/slices)
- sweet pea
Preparations:
- put oil in pre heated pan and fry the sliced potato and then set aside
- fry the meat until reddish and then add water and let it boil until the meat become tender.
- add/pour the Kaldereta sauce, fried potato and the red pepper. mix them until the ingredients become tender.
- put the sweat pea and thats EAT!
note:
The amount of water and ingredients will depend on the amount of meat and amount of serving you will made.
