how to cook steak tips

My grocery store sells the ends of steak in cut up chunks. How Do you cook them without turning them into rubber? I have tried over and over but they are always hard to eat. Do you marinate them? How long do you cook them and how?

Wondering if you could turn them into a curry Or the obvious would be a stew type dish. Of course you could always mince them.

I think you need to slow cook them for at least two hours...as @sidevalve mentioned in curry. Or a simple beef stew.

Yes, they would be excellent in a stew or even a chili. A beef stroganoff would also be a great way to use those pieces of steak. Anything that requires a long, slow cook would probably be a good way to use these items. They would need to be cooked well.
