A dish made from grounded pork. This is well known here as Embutido.
The Ingredients:
1 kl grounded pork
1 cup carrot (finely sliced)
1 cup red bell pepper (finely sliced)
1/2 cup onion (finely sliced)
3 pcs Chorizo de bilbao (thin chops)
2 tbsp Pickle relish
1 tsp salt
2 pcs egg
1/2 cup cheese (thin slices)
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp black pepper (grounded)
Directions:
1. Put grounded pork, carrot, red bell pepper, onion, chorizo de bilbao, black pepper and pickles in a basin and mix them thoroughly.
2. Put the salt and then mix it again and form/shape the mixture in roll and slice it according to the desire length.
3. Cut foil/foils with sizes that would cover the cut rolls, put margarine and cheese on te roll before covering it.
4. Steam it for 45 minutes up to 1 hour and let it cooled before it can be served.
