If you are ever near Romsey, UK do drop by this excellent little restaurant.
I was passing by on my way home last week after a few days away with Mrs S. We had a delicious lunch and very good value too.
I started with Goats Cheese Quenelles followed by local Trout. Both dishes were obviously made with good ingredients, cooked well and skilfully presented. All without being overly pretentious!
And the chef is a major contributor on this forum.
(Thank you @Berties for making our journey break so tastefully enjoyable).
