I think the only thing I’ve ever made with lamb is shepherd’s pie. Possibly some meatballs, but I can’t remember.

I do like it, though. It’s just not something that’s eaten nearly as much here as it is in other places/cultures.

According to the Internet, the US consumes a mere 0.7 pounds of lamb per person per year, while the yearly world average is 85 pounds person per year.

I'm hoping that members will share some lamb recipes that I can try.
We love lamb with lemon and garlic.
I want to try lamb - Souvlaki and hish kabob.

I love lamb. I didn't know I did until about 5 years ago, though. I tried eating it at restaurants and wasn't wowed by It. DH loves it so I made it at home and I became a fan. It is expensive but worth it. Never made souvlaki or kebabs with it.
