A karahi is a traditional type of circular pan similar to a wok that is frequently used in Indian cooking. Does anyone here use one of these? I use one as i make a lot of Asian dishes and i believe that high quality utensils make a huge difference to the quality of the meal.
Mine is made by tefal, it has a non stick coating and is very easy to clean, it has also thermo spot technology which lets you know when the kahari has reached the perfect temperature for you to begin cooking. This is a very important utensil to have for making high quality Indian food.
