Kidney recipes

Since Safeway seems to be carrying them on a regular basis, I recently experimented with cooking some kidney and it was surprisingly easy and tasty.

So does anyone have any good recipes they can recommend to a beginner? I just did a basic stir fry, so I'd prefer to start simple (steak and kidney pie sounds a bit ambitious, for example) but am willing to experiment
