Method
- Marinade the artichoke hearts in a mix of freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil, while you make the toast and assemble the other ingredients.
- Make the toast and spread it with the cream cheese then some pesto.
- Top with basil leaves, tomato slices and the artichoke hearts which have been sliced in half.
- Drizzle with the lemon and olive oil dressing.
