What are your favorite recipes using wonton wrappers, spring roll wrappers (or egg roll wrappers), or dumpling wrappers? Do you use them for ravioli? Filled them with sweet or savory fillings? Traditional wontons, egg rolls, spring rolls, or dumplings?

If you have posted a recipe please post a link to the recipe.

I have exactly one recipe I use those for…a pork-filled potstickers recipe that’s a real pain right in the A to make, so I’ve made them just twice, I think, in the past 10 years, but they’re delicious.

First needed to know if they counted :)
I followed a recipe I found online.
Here Lotus Leaf Bao (Chinese Steamed Buns)
I hardly changed anything to the bao, so it would basically be a copy of this.
Should I still post it?
Does a bun use a "wrapper"? I've never made or eaten them.
You can post any recipe you want if it fits into the category. This isn't a contest so no judging.

I do a 'breakfast burrito' ala me.

1 strip of bacon - 60+ seconds per strip in the M/W on high. must be crisp....

pan 'fry' the tortilla - bubbles up nice - flip . . .

one scrambled egg. DW does not do 'soft' - likes 'drier' - I do mine gooey.

heated up flour tortilla - bacon strip down - scrambled egg on top - smidge salt&FGP.
topped with coarse grated 4 blend Mexican cheese.
roll'em up..... toothpick - 30-60 stand time for everything to melt together . . .

dead simple, very tasty

ps: I trim off ~1" of the round tortilla leading-edge-to-be-rolled - makes for a neater package . . .
fold up the bottom, roll the rest.
