I actually don’t like wraps as sandwiches much, but I’ll say that a PBJ wrap is a lot better that it sounds.

My hands-down favorite way to use a tortilla is to make a quick version of a bar/tavern pizza. Takes mere minutes:

I used:
leftover American-style scrambled eggs, cooked breakfast sausage, shredded cheese - YUM!

Now that I have a gas cooktop, I pass my Tortillas over the open flame several times to heat them and give them a nicer taste

Here's how I store my Tortillas

Place Parchment or Waxed Paper between each, place a paper towel over each of the end Tortillas, tuck it all in a zip-top bag, force out the air and freeze.
You can pull out any number that you need.

Have to say I'm far happier with a corn, rather than a wheat tortilla, but sometimes it's a question of what's available.
When we were in Mexico in 2019, I'd embarrass my kids by going to look for the chef. This photo was from Cabo Coyote restaurant, in Coyoacán, CDMX, where they made the most amazing blue corn tortillas and served them with chicken mole:
