There are so many meatballs from so many cuisines. Have you ever made or eaten these Chinese pork versions? If you have a recipe post it and link to this thread.
Is it the inclusion of soy sauce and rice wine which makes Lion's Head Meatballs different from Western meatballs. There seem to be dozens of different recipes for them - but the consistent ingredients seem to be those two. Most are for pork but I found some for ground beef too.
