1) Lox - 6 to 8 pieces
2) Nori (Seaweed) - 2 sheets
3) Cucumber - 3 slices
4) Alfalfa sprouts - 4 pinches
5) Tobiko (flying fish roe) - 2 to 3 tspns.
6) Wasabi - 2 pinches
7) Soy sauce - optional, as desired

Procedures:

-- Preparation --

1) Cut the lox into 1/4" wide strips.
2) Dice up the cucumber.
3) Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
4) Position the lox from one corner toward the opposite.
5) Add one pinch of wasabi, spread on one strip of lox.
6) Layer on the alfalfa sprouts and cucumber.
7) Fold up the bottom corner about 1/8".
8) Wet the exposed area of the nori.
9) Roll the nori around the contents to form a cone.
10) Fill in with tobiko.

I like the combination of ingredients here and the colour contrast. Its really rather too much of the tobiko for my taste - so much so that the other ingredients are hidden underneath it in the photo, which is perhaps, a shame.

Incidentally, you missed tobiko out of the method.
