@detroitdad I like cooking a steak in a cast iron skillet. The sear is beautiful.
It looks lovely! I could take it a bit rarer but really... mmmmmm... it looks good!

yep , that was my only complaint with it. I'm much better at cooking Rib-eyes , which is my preferred cut.

Medium rare for me please with a really good sear on the outside - almost crisp.
