Recipe Ms. Mofet's Cheese Fondue

16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (12 oz./1-1/2 C.) Beer
Hot sauce - to taste
Flour

Toss cheese with enough flour to just coat. In a saucepan heat beer just to boiling. Add hot sauce to taste. Add cheese in small batches and stir till melted and smooth before adding more. Continue till all cheese has been added and melted. Serve hot. Dip bread cubes in cheese.

Dippers:
French or Italian bread (or Baguette) or Pane Di Casa bread - cut into bite-sized pieces
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Baby carrots
Apple wedges
