Recipe Ms. Mofet's Ketchup and Honey Vinaigrette

Ms. Mofet's Ketchup and Honey Vinaigrette

3 oz. Olive oil (or your choice)
1 oz. Red Wine vinegar (or your choice)
1/4 tsp. Salt - To taste
Ground peppercorns - To taste
1/4 tsp. All-purpose Seasoning - To taste - Optional
1 TBSP. Ketchup
1 TBSP. Honey
1/2 tsp. (≈ 1 inch) Anchovy paste - or to taste - Optional
Dash Hot sauce - Optional

Add all ingredients to a bottle with a lid (I used a 1 cup mason jar with a leakproof lid). Shake well. Taste and adjust to your liking.

Very inspired. I don’t know if I’ve ever thought of ketchup as an ingredient, but this reminds me that it has a lot of flavor. I like it in combination here with red wine vinegar.

Like Late Night, the combo of honey rw vinegar and ketchup sounds like something I gotta try, like tonight. I'm out of honey, so it's going to be brown sugar.
