Hungry Man I love the personalized tag  Will you share the sauce recipe? I love Nando's seasonings but we don't have them in Portugal
Sure, I will be also posting the recipe video on my Youtube channel in the coming weeks.
But here are the ingredients for you. ( I used super hot peppers like Bhut Jolokia, you may want to use milder ones):
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4-5 Habanero, bhut jolokia (or any other chilies)
  • 10-12 mildly hot or sweet peppers (I used Santa Fe)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of lemon zest
Chop the onions, chilies and the garlic and roughly process them in blender
Add rosemary leaves, oregano, salt, paprika, vinegar, 1/2 of the lemon juice and lemon zest and process again
Pour into a sauce pan and let simmer in low heat until the fragrance comes out
Add olive oil and the other 1/2 of the lemon juice and stir constantly or use immersion blender
Leave it to cool and store :)
