New Kitchen Smell Extraction System

Hi All

I'm a design student from Loughborough University developing a kitchen extraction system that deodorizes and de-greases the steam created whilst cooking meat and fish. I've written a short questionnaire and would be grateful for any responses.

Alternatively if you don't have an extraction system and use specific methods of cooking or cleaning methods to reduce cooking smells, I'd love to hear more.

Filled in your questions but we too don't have an extractor only a filter hood. Only odd question is how much for a system - does this include installation and thus I suspect breaking through [in many cases here in the UK a 9inch brick wall] to fit an exit pipe ?

we don't have any things to prevent the bad odor due to cook fish or meat or whatever.. but we just leave it behind..
