My mate bought a new pan recently which he reckons is great for "crisping" pizza bases prior to adding the toppings. Also good for dry frying rotis and naan breads. He hasn't tried dry frying spices yet but I cannot see why it shouldn't be suitable. The coating is Chinese mable.

He brought one around for me yesterday.

 
That looks like a crepe pan to me.

It could be for anything. All nomenclature on the packing was in Chinese.

Although it may say this: "✔️ VERSATILE. You can bake a delicious pizza or cookies, fry eggs or bacon, make pancakes, Dosa, roti, also broil, Roast, or grill veggies and meats" - which is copied from a description of a similar product.
