Those look nice! What are they coated with to make them shiny?
I've got a bamboo set I've had forever.
I washed them and coated them in cutting board oil, they looked thirsty when I opened them up.

I was on my phone earlier and it was hard to tell. I am on my desktop now and I can easily see that it's dipped like a spoon rest. It's cool. Mine are ceramic.

I have a stainless steel spoon rest. I have broken too many ceramic ones.

It's a miracle that none of mine have broken since I have had them for about 20 years. They even survived teenagers!
I used to have a few wooden utensils, but all of them have had big chunks break off in my cooking. Hopefully these ones will last
