I don't know the origin of this but a friend who has since passed gave It to me, basically beef mince fried in butter with onions diced, then chicken noodle soup dried packets, then water and mixed veges. At the end add shredded cabbage. It's really good comfort food, and one I like with a few slices of white bread with lots of butter. Do you have a similar recipe, and what do you call it.??

Just made it, absolutely beautiful. Forgot to add it has
2 dessert spoons rice
Slug of soy, I used kechup manis.
Dessert spoon bought curry powder.
Nice scooped up with bread.
None left. Mr7 had two goes.

That's what I thought too. We get the Australian woman's weekly here, lots of cooking recipes in it. So I think you're right.
