I've had this problem with a couple of woks so I'm looking for some advice about what I can do to prevent it.
After a while, the non-stick stuff on my woks tends to begin to come off giving a pitted appearance on the surface. I have a gas hob and the wok gets used about once a week. This is the second wok it's happened to, different brands.
Is this just something which happens? Is there a particular brand of wok you guys can recommend? Is it something I'm doing wrong?
I'm also not keen on getting a normal one for lots of reasons - I can't be bothered to season it, I want to keep oil use to a minimum.
Thanks!
