One knife to do it all?

Do any of you have just one knife you use for everything or do you have a range of knifes for specific purposes?
 
Like the others, I use Chefs´ knives, a 7 inch and an 8 inch, and I use a special bread knife for slicing breads ..

For special holidays, I also require a carving knife for roasts ..
 
I have an 8" cooks knife and two "Psycho" knives which I use most days, but the one I use most is my bread knife - especially ideal for finely chopping onions and garlic which figure a lot in my food.
 
I have two that I use most; a 3 1/2" vegetable/peeling knife and a 6" chef's knife.
Recently I bought a Henkels Zwilling 7" Santoku, and I find I'm using that quite often now
