I have tried to make these and they just seem to turn out too dry. I am wondering, if there is a trick to add more moisture, while preparing these burgers. I usually do not crave the taste of beef, but after my daughter cooked up this meal today with her grass fed beef (see my other post, lol), I am thinking of giving organic veggie burgers another try. But would like to know, if there is a better way to prepare this dish, first!
