Oyster Forks & Mini Spoons.

Ordered & received some Oyster Forks & Mini Spoons. The spoons are used for sirring a cup of Coffee, but I'm going to be using them as tasting spoons.The oyster forks will be used for shrimp after it's boiled, like for cocktail shrimp. The spoons come in their own little container. To keep any of the forks from getting lost, I bought a couple of orange sandwich containers from Whole Foods.

I just love appetizer sized utensils.
I found that they're also great for retrieve stuff out of small jars, like Anchovies.
They serve as a perfect spoons with single serve yogurt cups.
The small knives are especially good at the breakfast table ... I serve my Mother her toast/Croissant/Muffin on a plate with a very large pat of Butter and her own little knife - no cross contamination I don't care for crumbs in my Butter dish, thank you very much
