This is what I class as 'it doesn't get much easier'. But it is delicious. You can make the whole thing in ten minutes flat.
Ingredients (makes 2 burgers)
250g minced pork (I used 10% fat pork mince)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp paprika (not smoked)
¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
Zest of a whole lemon
Oil to fry (or cook on a BBQ or grill)
Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. There is only one sensible way to do this: with your hands.
Shape the mix into two burgers.
Cook over a medium/high heat turning once, until cooked through.
