Pressure cooked chicken is nice for chicken salad or that Thai chicken dish I made. The chicken stays nice and moist, plus you get broth.
I’m sure it’s fine, I just don’t ever see me buying a pressure cooker. Never had one, don’t know that I want one.

I don't own one either. I guess if I was short on time like I was when working and the kids were young...but for some reason I didn't have one then, either. Maybe because I'm a slow and methodical person.

We inherited our pressure cooker from Craig's brother when he passed as no one wanted it because they were afraid if it. Have to admit it sat unused for a few years because I was afraid of it due to seeing the results of an overloaded/blocked valve pressure cooker accident in my youth. My mother used to use one for lots of things until she saw the results of the aforementioned accident, then she tossed hers. I started using it because Craig complained of tough beans cooked from dried, and about how long it took to cook collard greens, as he likes them cooked to nearly mush. I'm still very careful about using it, but it does come in handy.

Pressure cooker is a time saver. Depending on what you're doing it can be up to 3x faster. Great for making bone broth. The pressure and elevated temperature extracts more "stuff".
