Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk, optional soy, light coconut or skimmed milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, more or less to taste
¼ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
½ cup ice
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a clean glass.
