Raspberry coulis

I've made jam and I have 300gms and need to pick another 200gms to make coulis. Absolutely decadent on Ice cream. I dont have a sweet tooth, but I make exception with this.
Pics to follow in a few days.
I will get 3x 300 ml bottles which will last me a year. I dont give any away to nobody !!
