(really) crunchy/crispy oven baked chicken breading

been hanging around cooking forums for a long time . . . not seen this tip - but DW turned up a recipe and by-gosh.... it really works.

absolute common run of the mill normal usual . . .
dredge chicken in flour
run chicken thru egg wash
apply crumb coating.

done near flour commercial bread crumbs
done home made crumbs from stale bread (no-knead, etc.)
done panko.

here's the twist -
2.5 cups panko
1/4 cup vegetable oil
stir/blend mixture.

the panko with oil baked up in the oven to a super crisp crunchy coating.

seems simple - but vs. 'un-oiled' panko absolutely crispy/crunchy coating.
