Ingredients.
  • tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method.
  1. Mix the flour, pepper and salt in a bowl. Add the prawns and toss well to ensure they are coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the prawns for around 3 - 4 minutes.
  3. Serve hot on lettuce garnished with sliced chilis, spring onion and chopped coriander leaf.
