believe it or not , we give most of it to freinds , we started out giving it to a few freinds when we made 50 lbs then more the next time and it just kept growing , this year we have given away close to 300 lbs . we used to be able to buy enough seasoning to make just 50 or 100 lbs at a time, but the supplier stopped selling less than case amounts ,thats why we had to buy so much this time

I'd start selling it!

if i was 20 years younger i would do just that !! i used to be in the BBQ business many years ago but i swear i wish i had learned how to make and sell sausage instead , i would have made waaaay more money !!!
