Scrumptious Jalapeño Shrimp & Quail Egg Salad
Ingredients A:
10-15 Shrimps (with shell removed and deveined)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Jalapeño
1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Garlic
1/4 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Pinch of Salt & pepper
1-2 Tablespoon Water
2 Tablespoon Grapeseed Oil

Ingredients B:
Hard boiled 10 Quail Eggs (shell removed)
1/4 Cup Diced Fresh Tomato
4-5 Mini Cucumbers
1/4 Cup Diced Celery
1-2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro/Parsley
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice

Ingredients A instructions :
- Pan fry the above on medium heat until the shrimp is cooked.
- Set the shrimps including the mixture that you use to cook the shrimps aside. You will need this as a dressing later.
Ingredients B:
Hard boiled 10 Quail Eggs (shell removed)
1/4 Cup Diced Fresh Tomato
4-5 Mini Cucumbers
1/4 Cup Diced Celery
1-2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro/Parsley
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
Ingredients B Instructions :
- Clean tomatoes, celery, and cucumbers. Dice up tomatoes & celery, slice up mini cucumbers and set everything into a big salad bowl.
- Add the cooked shrimps and the mixture (ingredients A) that we set aside into the salad bowl above as well.
- Add mayonnaise into the salad bowl.
- Toss everything together and enjoy.
