Scrumptious Jalapeño Shrimp & Quail Egg Salad


Ingredients A:


10-15 Shrimps (with shell removed and deveined)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Jalapeño
1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Garlic
1/4 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Pinch of Salt & pepper
1-2 Tablespoon Water
2 Tablespoon Grapeseed Oil

Ingredients A instructions :

  1. Pan fry the above on medium heat until the shrimp is cooked.
  2. Set the shrimps including the mixture that you use to cook the shrimps aside. You will need this as a dressing later.

Ingredients B:

Hard boiled 10 Quail Eggs (shell removed)
1/4 Cup Diced Fresh Tomato
4-5 Mini Cucumbers
1/4 Cup Diced Celery
1-2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro/Parsley
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice


Ingredients B Instructions :
  1. Clean tomatoes, celery, and cucumbers. Dice up tomatoes & celery, slice up mini cucumbers and set everything into a big salad bowl.
  2. Add the cooked shrimps and the mixture (ingredients A) that we set aside into the salad bowl above as well.
  3. Add mayonnaise into the salad bowl.
  4. Toss everything together and enjoy.
