Ingredients
Semolina Cereal(Prepared like oats)
Banana
Pineapple
Oranges
Strawberries
Kale(Handful)
Carrot
150ml Yogjurt
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions
Add the Semolina, followed by the yoghurt into a blender
Add the fruits and vegetables. Blend until smooth.
Serve and end enjoy!
