I could have sworn that I had started a thread about sharing dishes that we've made, with others.
As some of you already know, my elder Mother lives in a Senior Community on the independent side of the house. She has her own one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen.
But with her advancing age, she doesn't cook much for herself, mostly heat `n eat meals.
Because my Mom has high blood pressure, I like to see her eating foods that are better for her health, so I make a point of cooking an extra portion most nights that I cook for DH & I.
Tonight was no different...
I purchased a bunch of different reusable containers, so that I can make up something like a Bento Box for Mom.
I also have small "cups" that I found at Daiso while back home in Hawaii.
Tonight, I made Stir Fry B/S Chicken Thighs with Snow Peas in a lovely stir fry sauce. These containers work well to keep saucy stuff from sogging out other components.
This will go over to Mom's on Wednesday when I pick her up to take her to her "beautification" appointment aka The Hair Dresser to look gorgeous for Thanksgiving lunch.
