I made it with chicken, but any meat will do

Cut meat in small pieces and marinate with shoarma spice mix and a bit of olive oil
About a tablespoon of spice per 100 gr meat (less if you like less spice, more if you want)

(Amounts are ratio's by volume)

As I had no garlic powder and the ginger powder had not much of a smell left, I added fresh to the marinade, pounded in mortar and pestle

Fry meat
Fill a pita bread with the mixture, adding lettuce if you want.
Serve with onion-tomato-chili sauce or garlic sauce

Garlic sauce:
Pound garlic or chop very fine
Add cream cheese or yoghurt to it and a bit of salt
(1 clove garlic for 1 table spoon cream cheese)

Sauce and pita bread

I was wondering if you had a recipe or at least an ingredient list for the shoarma spice mix? It's not really a common thing in the US, at least not in smaller midwestern towns and cities.

Got it, thanks! It looked creamy due to the white bottle so I got confused.
