What have you in your meat locker?

My meat locker is either my freezer or the refrigerator. I have one or two canned meat items, as well.

The locker currently contains the following ...

Abalone Steaks (2)
Anchovies rolled on capers (eight 2 Oz. canned)
Andouille sausage (2)
Bacon
Beef, fillet mignon steaks (2)
Beef, strip steaks (18 Oz.)
Calamari Steaks (2)
Chicken, breaded patties (3)
Chicken, half breasts (3)
Clams, Manila, in the shells (32 Oz.)
Crab, Alaskan king crab legs and claws (16 Oz.)
Crab, Maryland blue soft shell (12)
Lamb, ground (16 Oz.)
Lobster tail, Maine
Octopus tentacle (6.5 Oz.)
Prawns, Tiger (6)
Salmon fillets (3)
Scallops, Large (3)
Sopresatta salami
Tuna, albacore (three 5 Oz. cans)
Veal Chops (2)
Veal scallopini (2)

I expect to use some and add more to the locker, shortly.
 
A meat locker? I never heard of that term before. In truth I have so little meat in the house anyway. I tend to have more seafood than meat. At the moment all I have is some chicken thighs in the fridge. In the freezer I have lots of fish, prawns and some stewing steak.
 
Off the top of my head...filet mignon, brat patties, bratwurst, sausages, bacon, chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, I think that's it. Oh, ham steaks as well.
 
Take away (4) soft shell crabs. I just made Maryland soft shell blue crab sandwiches for today's meal.
 
I have too much in my freezers
Side of lamb
Whole lamb legs x3 ?
Fillet steaks X 24 ( I buy whole and cut my own)
Whole chickens X 3?
Chicken croquettes X 36
Vege samosas X 40
Beef samosas X 40
Chips , veges, corn, garlic, etc copious amounts of them.
Prawns 3 boxes
Meals for grandkids portioned off, nachos etc
Pizzas
Pasta sauces premade by me.
The amounts are as close as I know, maybe more, maybe slightly less.
I make double or even triple batches of stuff as we get through a LOT of food. Although only two of us there can be up to 13 here on a Sunday.

I'm negotiating on 2 X boxes of frozen lamb legs at the moment ( 1 box is 10 legs)
So maybe another 20 legs of lamb. We use a lot of lamb, it's our favourite.

Chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, sausages and scallops. That's as as detailed as I can get without emptying the freezer. I'm far too lazy for that.
