simple burger recipe

Hello. I have a simple burger recipe that has blown my mind lately. It is a burger, cooked medium well (only a bit pink in the center), with American cheese, heavily spiced with ground salt&pepper, and a toasted bun. I could eat it for a week straight and not get bored. Kind of amazing the difference salt and pepper can make. I guess to be fair, salt is like bacon. It goes good with everything XD . So, do you have a simple burger recipe that you could eat for days?
 
I don't do the American cheese thing, but I would make a burger with a toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, fully cooked paddy with just salt and pepper. I've never gotten into condiments.

I do not recommend any pink in ground beef. It is different than steak, so the chances of there being bacterial contamination in there are significantly higher. The only time that might be safer is if you had your own animal butchered by a good butcher that kept everything really, really clean.
