I made this in the UK as a dinner party pxss take.
Make mushroom duxelle. Unwrap rolled puff pastry. Take spam out of tin. Coat in duxelle and place on P/P . Wrap seal egg wash, bake till golden. I served it with Boulangere potatoes and mushy peas. Delamotte Brut champagne make a good pairing. It cuts through the greasiness
of the puff and enhances the flavor notes of the mushy's
